We recommend that you take the necessary TRAVEL INSURANCE for you and your party to cover medical needs, travel disruption, cancellation, flight delays, etc. and also personal liability. ZenBreak or the property accepts no responsibility for loss arising if you have not arranged such insurance. Guests agree to claim off their own travel insurance if they suffer any loss in relation to their travel. In the event of any emergency during your stay, this information will also be used to assist where necessary. The responsibility lies with you to ensure that any insurance policy you take out meets your personal and particular needs. Each member of the party is responsible for having valid documentation for traveling abroad and checking any health requirements.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (ZenBreak does not collect and is not liable for any security deposit refunds)
A local security deposit will be required by Host or Property Manager in CASH or held on the clients credit card upon arrival. Deposit is refunded by the Host or Property Manager within 7 days of departure and once property is inspected for damages. Some hosts don’t collect the security deposit however if there are damaged or missing items they will send the guests an invoice to replace the said items.
